New Acquisitions: Ocean Mist, Silk Naturals, Coastal Scents, EDM

Here are some of the loot I got during the glorious Thanksgiving sale last week. Some of these were bought at 50% off, so I was just really happy to get fullsize products at half the price. I was supposed to get a few samples but when sales as good as these come along, well, you have to take advantage.

Check out the beautiful swatches and product pictures!  Notice the cute packaging.  The swatches were applied dry using a Q-tip (or more universally known as cotton swab/bud).  As most minerals, maximum color payoff can be achieved when these are used wet.  I chose mostly matte blushes because in my experience, matte blushes have better staying power.  I likewise need matte blushes to go with my MAC mineralize skinfinishes.

You're welcome michelle! The EDM blushes are very good, very pigmented (even the lighter ones can go a bit darker when used wet). EDM full-sizes were reasonable since I think they were just $4 each.
